Certification Update: 3-Year Review Discontinued

Thanks to the valuable feedback from our certified firms and partners, we’re excited to announce an important improvement: effective immediately, COBID will no longer require the 3-Year Review for certification renewals. For more information on this change, view the official announcement.

COBID Email Contact Update
As of October 18, 2024 the primary email for contacting the COBID program is: biz.cobid@biz.oregon.gov
Our legacy email accounts beginning with cobid.web and omwesb.web are no longer active. If these are saved to your Contacts you may wish to change them to our current email address to ensure that we receive your messages and are able to help you in a timely manner.

Government projects may have specific requirements or targets for their contracts to be awarded to minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses. Certifying your business for as many certifications as qualified for helps make it possible to grow and overcome barriers.

You may qualify for more than one certification. We encourage you to apply for as many certifications as you think you may qualify.

To apply or renew your certification, visit the Certification Management System here or at the 'Apply or Renew' link below.
